Your Workshop Journey: A 3-Hour Immersion

Mindful Movement (35 mins) We will begin with a gentle session of mindful movements to prepare your mind and body, grounding you in the space and setting the intention for our practice.

Foundations of Face Yoga (15 mins) Understand the anatomy of your facial muscles and how they contribute to ageing and tension. (Participants will be asked to bring a picture of an older family member they feel they resemble to aid our discussion on inherited expression lines.

Personalised Glow Routine (55 mins)This is the heart of our practice — a full facial journey that blends targeted toning, mindful relaxation, and lymphatic drainage into one radiant flow. You’ll be guided through personalised exercises, supported by a beautiful kit of organic products (included in the workshop price).

Expect targeted toning techniques for the eyes, forehead, cheeks, and jaw — designed to smooth lines, lift contours, and release tension.

Blissful Lymphatic Drainage woven throughout the sequence to reduce puffiness, detoxify the skin, and boost circulation for a fresh, glowing complexion.

Mindful Relaxation — gentle pauses connecting breath and movement, helping you let go of emotional tension and settle into a serene state.Together, these elements create a personalised glow routine that restores balance and leaves your skin radiant and your mind deeply relaxed.

A Nourishing Pause (15 mins) We’ll take a gentle break together, enjoying delicious nibbles and soothing herbal teas. This moment is all about nourishing the body and warming the spirit, preparing you to drift with ease into the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.

The Grand Finale: Yoga Nidra (30 mins) We will finish our practice with a beautiful, guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) session to deeply integrate the benefits of the workshop, leaving you in a state of profound relaxation and bliss. You won't want to miss this.
