Your Workshop Journey: A 3-Hour Immersion

Mindful Movement (25 mins) We will begin with a gentle session of mindful movements to prepare your mind and body, grounding you in the space and setting the intention for our practice.

The Foundations of Face Yoga (15 mins) Understand the anatomy of your facial muscles and how they contribute to ageing and tension. (Participants will be asked to bring a picture of an older family member they feel they resemble to aid our discussion on inherited expression lines.

Personalised Glow Routine (40 mins) This Is the core of our practice. You will be guided throught Targeted Toning Techniques tailored to you, performed with a beautiful kit of organic products (included in the workshop price) Techniques will include

* The Eye Opener: Smooth crow's feet and reduce under-eye bags.

* The Forehead Smoother: Naturally soften frown lines and forehead wrinkles.

* The Natural Cheek Lift: Sculpt and lift sagging cheeks for a youthful contour.

* The Jawline Definer: Release jaw tension (TMJ) and define the jawline.

Blissful Lymphatic Drainage (15 mins) Learn gentle massage techniques to reduce puffiness, detoxify the skin, and boost circulation for an immediate radiant complexion.

Mindful Relaxation (10 mins) Connect your breath with gentle movement to release stored emotional tension from your face, leaving you feeling light and serene.

The Grand Finale: Yoga Nidra (30 mins) We will finish with a beautiful, guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) session to deeply integrate the benefits of the workshop, leaving you in a state of profound relaxation and bliss. You won't want to miss this.
